Contacted North Loop regarding a BMW m135i. They went above and beyond and got me a good deal. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Lee was superb and sorted everything regarding the cancellation. These guys are a credit to North loop. Very professional and hardworking with a proper old school approach.

From a buyers point of view I'd highly recommend as I see the checks he has done on my cars before buying them. They buy only the best cars and are prepared to walk if they dont meet their high standards.

A very trustworthy used car dealership. They gave me a price for my car remotely, came out gave it a thorough inspection and didn't look to negotiate. Not only would I recommend them as a car buyer but they 100% only sell cars that have undergone comprehensive inspections before they acquire them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them when purchasing my next car!!

From start to finish North Loop made my whole transition easy. I wanted to exchange my car for a stunner I saw on there website. Without hesitation I enquired, I instantly got a friendly reply (which to be fair it was so close to Christmas and during covid restrictions so I didn't expect it right away) and from there on it was such a easy process. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an RS5 from North loop Autohaus. I bought the car without seeing it, but was more than confident traveling over 400 miles based on the reviews these guys had. Lee was excellent, and always available to answer any questions I had. The premises are immaculately presented, as are the cars for sale. Thanks very much for my trade price and my RS. Totally enjoyable experience. Also good to see how thoroughly they inspect their incoming vehicles. Total credit to the industry.
